25 Days of Christmas Desserts Day 13: Scotcheroos

One of my friends introduced me to these a few years ago and they were an instant hit. What is better than chocolate, butterscotch, and peanut butter all in one bar, nothing!

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
6 cups Rice Krispies
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch chips

Directions
1. In large saucepan combine sugar and corn syrup. Heat to dissolve sugar and bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
2. Add Rice Krispies and mix until blended. Press into 9 x 13 pan.
3. In small saucepan, melt together chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread mixture over top of the Rice Krispies mixture.
4. Let cool then cut into bars.
